Refund & Returns Policy — MYTOOLS

At MYTOOLS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we specialize in used tools, all items are carefully inspected and accurately described before being listed for sale. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

(1): Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The tool arrived damaged during shipping

  • The item received is significantly different from the description

  • The product is non-functional upon arrival and was not marked as such

To be eligible, all return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

(2): Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items sold “As-Is”

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

  • Tools that have been used after delivery

  • Items returned without original components or packaging

Because these are used products, normal wear consistent with the listed condition is not considered a defect.

(3): Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact MYTOOLS customer support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and provide next steps if approved. Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 business days after approval.

(4): Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective on arrival), MYTOOLS will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • All returns must include tracking.

(5): Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

(6): Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges due to the limited availability of used inventory. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.

(7): Lost or Stolen Packages

MYTOOLS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. If this occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

(8): Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, or excessive returns are suspected.
