4. Used Tools & Heavy Equipment Shipping

Due to the nature of used plumbing tools, hand tools, carpentry tools, building equipment, and power tools, some items may:

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates depend on the courier service.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. MYTOOLS is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the package and item

If a shipment is lost in transit, MYTOOLS will coordinate with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions will be made based on the courier’s final determination.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability, size, or warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking details if applicable.
